Reporting and AI,where the numbers decide.

I build dashboards, reporting systems and AI tools that companies use every day, from a small team to a large organisation. I also take on media projects, drawing on ten years in the industry.

Two ways to work together

I build reporting and AI systems. Media consulting is a separate service.

Main offer

Reporting, dashboards and AI

For owners and operations teams who want reliable numbers and useful AI, even without a dedicated data team.

  • Management dashboards and automated reports
  • AI engineering: workflows, agents, internal tools
  • Hands-on AI help for SMEs, from first use case to a working setup

Media

I help with budgets, campaigns and commercial terms. You can book this work independently of a data or AI project.

Where companies get stuck

The numbers exist. The decision still waits.

01

Reports arrive too late.

Exporting, checking and formatting takes too much time. By the time the report is ready, the numbers are already old.

02

Every file tells a different story.

Revenue, pipeline and costs live in separate sheets. It is hard to tell which numbers to trust.

03

AI stays a slide.

There is interest, but no owner, no data path and no first workflow that does real work.

What I build

From the question you need to answer to a tool your team uses every day.

I start with the decision you need to make and build the reporting or AI tool that helps you make it.

01

Management dashboards

See revenue, costs, pipeline and delivery in one place. Start with the overview and dig into the numbers behind a decision.

02

Reporting that runs itself

I automate recurring reports so your team gets checked numbers where it already works. Less copying, fewer version mix-ups.

03

AI engineering

I build agents, workflows and internal tools for specific tasks. We choose local, cloud or hybrid based on your data and requirements.

AI help for SMEs

No AI team? We start with one useful task. I set up the workflow with you and stay involved until your team can use it.

Automation in practice

Work someone handles manually today can simply happen in the background.

I connect the tools your team already uses – from inboxes and calendars to CRM, APIs, AI and n8n. The point is not the tool itself, but a reliable workflow that removes repetitive work.

Example flowGmail / Outlook

An email arrives – the routine work happens automatically.

The message is understood, classified and prepared. You only step in when a real decision is needed.

Automation Check

Which workflow costs your team time every week?

We take one concrete process apart and identify which steps are worth automating – without replacing your entire system landscape.

Ways to start

Start with a manageable project and a clear result.

01

Reporting audit

A review of reports, sources and manual work. You leave with quick wins and a practical roadmap.

03

AI pilot for SMEs

One concrete AI workflow, built and handed over so the team can run it without a new department.

How a project starts

Short cycles, with something useful to try early on.

01

Frame

The decision, the data you already have, and what “better” means in the next month.

02

Shape

Scope, sources and a fixed proposal before build starts.

03

Build

A usable first version, typically in two to four weeks.

04

Hand over

Documentation, a walkthrough, and the system stays yours.

Media · separate practice

Media consulting, backed by ten years of experience.

I continue to support media planning, campaign operations, pricing and campaign reporting. You can book this work on its own. If you need both media and data support, we can combine them.

Ten years working with media budgets, campaigns and reporting.

Planning

Budgets, inventory and commercial terms with a clear owner.

Campaigns

Steering live activity across the people and files that already exist.

Campaign reporting

One view of plan, spend and result — built as reporting, not as a slide refresh.

About

The person who designs it also builds it.

I spent ten years working on campaigns, budgets, pricing and reporting in media. Today I build dashboards, automated reports and AI tools for smaller companies. I still take on media projects as a separate service.

You work with one person from the first question to the handover. No account team in between.

Direct collaboration, no sales handover
Scope and price agreed before build
You keep the system, the logic and the documentation

Before we talk

Straight answers.

Is media part of a data project?+

No. Media planning and campaign work are a separate offer. We only combine them if you ask for both.

Do we need a data or IT team?+

No. The usual client is an owner or operations lead in an SME. I connect the tools you already use.

Do we have to replace our systems?+

Usually not. Excel, accounting, CRM and existing exports stay. The new layer is the one reliable view.

How fast is a first result?+

A focused first version is often ready in two to four weeks. Scope and timeline are fixed before build.

What happens in the project check?+

Thirty minutes on the problem, the current files and the decision you need. You get a direct recommendation, including when I am the wrong fit.

A concrete problem

What should be clearer in the business next month?

Tell me which report runs late, which numbers your team cannot trust or what you want to try with AI. In 30 minutes, we can work out a sensible first step.
