How do I know whether Vantura is the right fit?+
We start with a focused conversation about the goal, users and current situation. You receive an honest view of the sensible first scope and how I would approach it before committing to a larger build.
What if I do not have a clear concept or technical knowledge?+
That is completely fine. A business problem, workflow or rough idea is enough. I translate it into user flows, priorities and a realistic technical plan in clear language.
How long does a project take?+
It depends on complexity, integrations and the quality level required. Work is split into visible phases, with an early usable version wherever possible and a transparent timeline before development begins.
Can requirements change during the project?+
Yes. The project runs in short iterations rather than behind closed doors. Feedback, refinements and justified changes can be discussed and prioritised as the product becomes tangible.
Can you take over an existing or half-finished project?+
Yes. I can review the current codebase, architecture and product state, then recommend whether repairing, completing or selectively rebuilding it is the better route.
What happens after launch?+
The handover includes the technical setup and a maintainable foundation. Depending on the project, ongoing support, monitoring, optimisation and further feature development can be arranged.

After the initial analysis, you receive a clear scope and commercial proposal. Larger projects can be divided into milestones, so cost and progress remain understandable.
Do you sign NDAs and project agreements?+
Yes. Confidential ideas, internal processes and sensitive business information can be covered by an NDA and a clear project agreement before detailed work begins.
Who owns the finished product and code?+
Unless agreed otherwise for specific third-party components, the commissioned deliverables are handed over cleanly so you retain control of the product, accounts and project assets.
